Will not return or recommend for business travel
Great staff and amazing location with excellent food .
Our doors where not locking from the inside and with internet that was just to slow and most of the time not working / I came to do a few business project and it was a must to have the internet /the washroom was leaking on the floor and most of all the room on first floor gave you a sense of being claustrophobic simply because right beside our room with the excess sea weed on the beach traffic was non stop for workers to load the seaweed in the truck / we requested to change rooms and the hotel where sold out so we had to leave the property after one night stay and we planed 10 night stay .

The air conditioning unit in the room failed in the second night, we have many interruptions by the staff until they changed it, the internet in the room never worked, plus we booked a parcial view to the ocean that we did not have. Noise due to construction and cleaning of the beach was constant. Additionally, it was a mistake in the flights and we have to leave one night earlier, they did not offer reimbursement or any complemtary service with the overpayment such a room with a better view or an offer to change room after all the problems with the air conditioning. Another inconvenience was the cleaning of the room was always done late afternoon despite we expend many hours outside.

Lovely stay in this hotel. Great staff and would recommend.
The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
WiFi was intermittent. No storage space so ended up living out of our case for 2 weeks. Shower was a Little leaky making it a bit hazardous after one person has had a shower. Need to offer twin beds as not everyone wants to share a bed.

Dreaming of tanning my tatas again at Tata Tulum!
The staff here is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. We came from Tulum to a big corporate hotel in Cancun and the differences are night and day! The room rate at Tata being the high season was pricey but the experience was worth every penny. Good food and beautiful rooms and views. The outdoor shower was really fun. The only small downside we experienced was the seaweed problem - but this is along the whole coastline of the Peninsula and the staff worked from sun up to sun down to mitigate the issue and obviously can't control the weather. Tata is in a great location with many things within walking or biking distance. The Posada Margherita Italian restaurant a couple doors down was our fave - in fact we didn't eat a bad meal the whole time we were in Tulum. Would def go back. Martin is the cutest and sweetest - he smiled the whole time.
Would've been perfect without the seaweed! But you can't control it and the hotel went out of their way to make it better. Beautiful little gem of a place.
